SFU price index hits 3rd highest level despite inventory increase in October

It's still a Sellers market on SFU as the rain takes us into November.

October saw the HPI price index and home inventory rise as sales dropped in the neighbourhood. The price index is now at the third highest level recorded only surpassed by the peaks seen in 2018.
