Kitsilano condo and townhome inventory fell in October causing a bigger imbalance in the market as sales rose month to month. This is making it even harder for buyers in what already is a challenging Seller's market. Homes in many price ranges remain competitive due to so few options being available and are often selling over asking price.
The year to year picture is a contrast as sales are down from last October's highs but the HPI price index remains significantly higher.
