SFU home sales climb in November

In November the number of homes for sale on Burnaby Mountain as well as the HPI price index decreased when compared to October.  Sales followed a different trend and increased month to month.

It's a Seller's market for the SFU area with the greatest demand for homes between $600K to $700K.
