The downtown real estate market was very active in April but sales cooled month to month after a super hot March. Home inventory and prices rose and even though sales decreased month to month demand remains high despite being int the 3rd wave of the pandemic.

The SFU/Burnaby housing market cooled slightly in April when compared to March's hot pace but remained in a "Seller's" market. Inventory came down just slightly, sales decreased by 17%, and the MLS price index remained flat when comparing month to month.
