The Burnaby Mountain/SFU housing market did see home inventory increase slightly month to month in January as is typical but it's not been enough to keep up with buyer demand. The low home inventory is leading to upwards pressure on home prices and often competitive bidding process with no subject offers. Great news for selling a home but extremely challenging when looking to buy a home.
