In August Kitsilano condo and townhome inventory continued its downward trend when compared to July, while sales and prices increased. This is third month that inventory has decreased in Kitsilano for these home types and low supply is now impacting the whole region.
Sales on the other hand across Metro Vancouver remain well above the 10 year average.
