Last month saw indications of the housing market cooling across Burnaby and the GVA area after several months of record breaking sales and activity. In the Simon Fraser University area home sales decreased, inventory increased for the 2nd month in a row, while bench mark prices rose slightly when comparing month to month.
Townhouses again remained in the greatest demand by home buyers with well priced homes going into competition and selling over asking price.
