A New Face in Point Grey Village
The newest development to be announced in Vancouver's West Point Grey is 4353, a collection of concrete boutique style residences named after it's address on W 10th between Trimble and Discovery.
The development will be built by the Trasolini Chetner Group, who's other projects include Dwellings on 3rd, Canvas, and Avalon House. Featuring 21 homes ranging in sizes up to 2200 sq ft, this developement seems to emphasize sophisticated living along with green building principles by including geo-thermal heat pumps, a planted roof, and high efficiency glazing.
Made of concrete, with a white brick and glass facade this developement will surely be an eye grabber in an area more reknown for its multi-million dollar deatched homes than its condo's.
Living a block from the site will make this an easy one for me to keep an eye on so stay tuned for more updates.
